Rooms were clean and tidy Bed and pillows were great Wi-Fi was good Staff were helpful and polite To many mosquitoes in my room and around the hotel. Some parts of the hotel need renovation for broken floors/ tiles No fridge in the room
Close proximity to the Airport, but only 20 minutes from the town. Nice swimming pools and Jacuzzi outside. Gym was also very nice too. Room was clean and up to or past the standards of the equivalent USA hotels. Restaurant and bar was good.
Slow check in process but staff are trying with language barrier. Rooms are great but there are no option for non Spanish speaking entertainment. Clear instructions would be nice to help determine when restaurant is open or if you have to go to the bar for food. Lastly 45 minutes is a bit much waiting on a burger and a coke...
Nice hotel. Swimming pool, conference area, spacious room. Minus one for no carpet in the room. Too cold to be barefeet while no slippers provided.
Good place, affordable price. Food is so tasty, the attention is fine, I didn't speak English, so I don't make sure if this place has English language proficiency to communicate with foreign guests.

Ample room, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Smoking not allowed in bedrooms, but im sure there is a designated area, this hotel is also per friendly, so if this is a concern just ask for a non pet room.
